These carved two-tone spoons are ideal for using in the kitchen.

Carved from a radially split Bird Cherry log to create the contrast of colour between the heartwood and sapwood.

A spoon blank is initially axed out then the shape is refined further with a straight knife and hook knife.

Once totally dry the spoons are knife finished and burnished to create a smooth finish.

Finished in walnut oil. Not suitable if you have a nut allergy.

Wash in warm soapy water. (Do not put in dishwasher)

Choose from the two options, a rounded bowl for general uses and the bowl with the flick which is ideal for stirring.
