Returns process Fabrication Crafts As per the UK Consumer

As per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to return most goods purchased online within 14 days for a full refund, including the original delivery costs (if any). However, there are some exceptions to this rule, Please read our returns policy for further details

At the Fabrication Crafts we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return using our Product Return RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process outlined below.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Log in to your account on our website and go to the 'My Account' page.

Click on 'Returns' and then 'Request a new return'.

Select the order and product you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.

Choose whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

Submit the return request.

Once your return request has been submitted, the seller will review your request and approve or deny it. If your return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Please note that as a marketplace, each seller on our platform has their own return policy. Before making a purchase, we recommend that you carefully review the seller's return policy. This will provide you with specific details on how to initiate a return, what items can be returned, and any conditions that must be met for a return to be accepted.

When returning a product, please ensure that it is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the seller has agreed to cover the cost.

Once the seller has received the returned product and confirmed its condition, a refund or replacement will be issued. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
