I want you to be really pleased with your item from JOJO & THE BEAR and to expect friendly and courteous service (even from The Bear).
Since my items are made specifically for you, I generally don't accept returns or exchanges unless of course there was an error on my part or your item arrives damaged. If your item arrives damaged or there was a mistake at my end, please let me know within 7 days of receiving it. Send me a message or drop me an email at jojo@jojoandthebear.com with photos of the problem and I’ll make things right.
