My decorative Sea Dragons are hand carved from lime.

The body and wings are carved separately. Using a straight knife and a hook knife to create the shape and texture, giving each dragons its own individual character.

Each dragon is hand painted with a colourful basecoat, then a further contrasting colour is added to highlight the tool marks bringing out the scaled texture.

Suspended on clear fishing line they can be hung anywhere indoors.
