Carved from locally sourced wood
A fresh birch log is split and axed out
The shape is then refined using a straight knife and a hook knife
Once fully dry the spoon is knife finished
The handle is decorated with a chip carved design
Finished in walnut oil (not suitable if you have a nut allergy)
Wash in warm soapy water (do not put in dishwasher)
