These Birch cooking spoons are perfect for using in the kitchen.

Hand carved from spalted birch which gives each spoon it's unique colour.

Axed from a fresh log the spoon shapes are then carved using a straight knife and hook knife.

Once fully dry the spoons are knife finished and burnished to create a smoother handle.

Finished in walnut oil. Not suitable if you have a nut allergy.

Wash in warm soapy water. (Do not put in dishwasher)

Choose from the two options, a more squared bowl is great for serving or the bowl with the flick is designed for stirring.
