My decorative hanging dragons are hand carved from lime and are finished in a range of colours.

The body and wings are carved separately. Using a straight knife and a hook knife to create the shape and texture, giving each dragons its own individual character.

Each dragon is hand painted with a basecoat, then a further contrasting colour is added to highlight the tool marks bringing out the texture.

Suspended on clear fishing line they can be hung anywhere indoors. Some have even appeared on the Christmas tree!
