This hand carved cherry spoon is designed for eating with. The unique shape and bowl form make it perfect for someone who's right handed.

Carved from a fresh Cherry log the spoon is initially axed out, then refined with a straight knife and hook knife.

Once fully dry the spoon is knife finished before decorating.

It features a chip carved handle which has been painted with milk paint. This has then been rubbed back with wire wool to highlight the decoration and tool marks.

Finished in walnut oil. Not suitable if you have a nut allergy.

Wash in warm soapy water. (Do not put in dishwasher)
